If the parcel can not be delivered to the senders address, a card will be left and it will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post for pick up
Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your parcel via Australia Post
Sommeil P is not responsible for any lost, missing, delayed or stolen parcels sent by Australia Post. If there are any issues with your parcel please contact Australia Post

We ship to most countries worldwide via Australia Post, so you can enjoy your Sommeil P pyjamas no matter where you are. To see if we ship to your country enter your address at checkout.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international customs duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient, as these are set and collected independently by each country’s customs department. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and may vary depending on your country’s import regulations.
If your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we’ll process a refund for the product once it’s received back at our warehouse (excluding original shipping costs).
