Easy 30 Day Returns & Exchanges

At Sommeil P, we want you to love your sleepwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to help within the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return of any kind (refund, store credit, exchange), the item must be:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (free from makeup, marks, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, etc.)
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or you have received the wrong item.

How to return:
Please email us at bonjour@sommeilp.com.au with:

- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Your preferred outcome (store credit or exchange)

We will provide you with the return instructions and next steps.

Change of Mind Return Policy:
This policy applies to all full-priced, non-sale items (no discount code used). Customers may choose from: 

Store Credit:
- Issued as a store credit on customer account
- Three year expiry
- Can be used across the store

Exchange:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability

- Exchange for another size or style of equal value
- If the requested item is higher in value, the difference will be payable

Refunds are not offered for change of mind

This includes:
- Incorrect size
- Unwanted item
- Style preference
- Accidental purchase

This policy is permitted under Australian Consumer Law, as refunds are required only when an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty Items (Compliant with Australian Consumer Law):

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be eligible for:
- A repair
- A replacement
- A refund

We inspect all returns for faults. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your item is faulty. This policy does not limit or replace your rights under ACL.

Sale Returns Policy:

Items purchased during sale periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, seasonal promotions, or any event where a discount is applied, are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns during sale periods, customers may choose from: 

Store Credit:
- Issued as a store credit on customer account

Exchange: 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability

- Exchange for another size or style of equal value
- If the requested item is higher in value, the difference will be payable
