Exchange policy
If you have received a product and would like a different size please email bonjour@sommeilp.com.au with your order number and full name. We will try our best to exchange your product, however due to limited stock we may not have your preferred product and size available.
Product must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
Exchanged items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)

Return Policy:
We understand that you may change your mind. In this case we can offer an exchange or store credit, please consider your purchase carefully as we do not offer refunds unless the purchased product is faulty
Store credit will be issued once the product is received by Sommeil P and is deemed in original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged)

Store credit will be equal to purchase price excluding shipping cost
Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer

Faulty Product Policy:

Once Sommeil P has received the faulty product, it will be assessed to identify the fault and if deemed faulty the cost will be reimbursed to customer
